Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society Applications Open

UCF has hosted a Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society circle at the university for over forty years! UCF strives to recognize students for their achievement in the five pillars of membership.

Omicron Delta Kappa is the premier honor society recognizing, first and foremost, individuals of unquestionable character, and second, attainment of special distinction in campus and community leadership. Founded on Dec. 3, 1914, one of the founding tenants of OΔK is “that leaders from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines should affiliate in the spirit of mutual understanding to render service to the campus and community.” Our organization is intentionally inter-generational in that we invite juniors and seniors who rise to the top 35% of their class, as well as graduate students, faculty, staff, alumni, and civic leaders for membership. We focus on the development of collaborative leaders and promoting our ideals of scholarship, service, integrity, character, and fellowship.

Applicants need to currently have sophomore, junior or senior standing in credits (completed at least 30 credits so far including AP/Dual Enrollment, etc.). If you also have at least a 3.2 UCF or cum GPA you can apply. All applicants will need to create a my.odk.org account to apply

Omicron Delta Kappa is highly selective in that less than 9,000 of the more than 20,000,000 students enrolled in U.S. colleges and universities will be initiated this year. We honor leaders in the five phases of campus life: scholarship, athletics, campus involvement, communications, and the arts. Please take a moment to learn more about OΔK through our national website (odk.org).
