The Omicron Delta Kappa Society is the national leadership honor society for college students, faculty, staff, administrators and alumni that recognizes and encourages superior scholarship, leadership and exemplary character. The student and faculty members of Omicron Delta Kappa work closely together to foster leadership abilities within its members. The organization is also dedicated to a variety of projects that benefit the university and the surrounding community.
Requirements for induction into the Central Florida Circle of ODK:
Class standing: Sophomore (at least 30 credits level or higher or Graduate Level
Minimum GPA: 3.2 for undergraduates, 3.5 for graduate students
Initiation fee of $104
Applicatant should demonstrated leadership in at least two of the five areas:
- Scholarship
- Athletics
- Campus/Community Service, Social Activities and Campus Government
- Journalism, Speech and the Mass Media
- Creative and Performing Arts

Acceptance and Initiation:
Joining includes lifetime membership and pin (graduation cords may be purchased for an additional fee). If accepted your dues will be due by April 3 at noon.
Initiation will be held on Friday, April 18, 2025 at 4 p.m. in the LEAD Scholars Academy suite, Ferrell Commons 165.
