UCF Housing is now recruiting resident assistants for the 2025-2026 school year. The resident assistant (RA) position offers an unparalleled opportunity to make a significant impact on our community while enjoying fantastic benefits.
What Does an RA Do?
Resident assistants live on campus at no cost in their assigned housing and receive a bi-weekly stipend. They are crucial in fostering a supportive community for their residents. Key responsibilities include:
- Community Building: Facilitate a positive atmosphere among residents.
- Safety and Comfort: Promote a safe and welcoming environment.
- University Representation: Serve as a representative for the Department and University.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete tasks such as incident report writing, email correspondence, and attending meetings.
- Duty Rotations: Includes office hours and community rounds to ensure safety and security.
The RA application will be available on July 1st at ucf.erezlife.com and must be submitted by 11:59 PM on Oct. 1, 2024.
