The UCF Recreation & Wellness Center (RWC) has a new partnership with CloudFit for the Fall 2024 semester. This collaboration brings an upgraded experience to our group exercise program, KnightFit, by integrating CloudFit's state-of-the-art digital display system, fully customized to meet the unique needs of our facility.
This platform enhances the KnightFit program by offering tailored workouts that challenge participants to push their limits at their own pace. The new format is designed to support the fitness journey of every Knight, incorporating functional training, strength and resistance exercises, and high-intensity cardio bursts. CloudFit is a digital display system and workout management app for gyms that allows users to create and display workouts on multiple screens.
“Our newest format, utilizing CloudFit technology, will provide students with an unparalleled fitness experience," says RWC Assistant Director of Fitness Aliyah Valdez. "KnightFit offers a diverse range of training modalities that surpass anything else on our schedule."
This partnership underscores the RWC’s ongoing commitment to promoting healthy lifestyle choices within the UCF community. We look forward to seeing our Knights thrive with the enhanced KnightFit group exercise program this semester.
